Return & Exchange Policy

Bras may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, marks, or signs of wear
• With all original tags and packaging intact

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns and exchanges that meet these conditions.

For hygiene reasons, panties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange for an eligible bra, please email hello@boddieundies.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

The customer is responsible for return shipping to BGC or QC.

Approved returns will be refunded in either store credit or through the original payment method. 

For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 7 days after Boddie receives the returned item.

We take hygiene very seriously, which is why our return policy differs between bras and panties. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep Boddie fresh for everyone.
